Celebrate the Small Things

Hosted by Lexa Cain, this is a great weekly chance to talk about the small things worth celebrating in life!

This week, I’m celebrating:

  • Exciting news in my inbox! Got a lovely message yesterday…I’ll share more information when I can!
  • After a long stretch at work, my husband had a nice few days off this week. We visited our local butterfly conservatory, which was nice, but surprisingly unsettling. I mean, I thought ‘oh sure! Butterflies flying around, how nice!’ But really, there are butterflies EVERYWHERE, and some of them are massive. When they swoop towards your face, it’s hard not to duck! Still, a fun visit, =D

What are you celebrating this week?

  1. Glad you enjoyed a visit out with your husband. Your comment made me smile because I can relate to that feeling. I get the same way if I go in a aviary with birds flying round my head!
  2. Can't wait to hear your news. I adore butterflies. Have butterfly bushes & pentas all over the yard. If they bloom, following the hard winter we had, I post a few pics.

Hmm, I don't think I would like going to a butterfly conservatory, then! 🙂
Glad you got some good news!

Butterflies are great – as are all wild things – as long as they're on my TV screen! lol I can't wait to hear your news. Have a lovely weekend! 🙂

I've always wondered if one can build there own butterfly conservatory because they are fun. Glad to hear you had such a nice day with your husband, and can't wait to hear the news!

My family visited a butterfly house, a few years back. My poor little sister was miserable; too much fluttering wildlife. X)
