Celebrate the Small Things

Hosted by Lexa Cain, this is a great weekly chance to talk about the small things worth celebrating in life!

This week, I’m celebrating:

  • Great mugs for drinking tea. My parents came for a visit a couple of weeks ago, and my mom arrived with a gift…a new mug for me! It’s the perfect mug for tea, nice and big and great for cupping in both hands, =)
  • Research! I love when researching for stories takes you to unexpected places, and teaches you new things.

What are you celebrating this week?

      1. I have quite a love for mugs, all kinds. My husbands groans all the time I bring a new one home. Have a nice weekend.
      2. Nothing like a lovely mug of tea. I am quite particular about my mugs and definitely have my favourite one!

I love huge mugs! I've been brainstorming the new ending to my book and my characters keep doing things I never would have expected, so it's a lot of fun.
      4. Love this celebration. I'm a mug freak – a friend brought me one from a Goodwill store. .29 cents, but it's originally from Starbucks, and cost $10, Can you imagine? I don't even like Starbucks but I love their glass mug!

Yes, yes! I love new mugs and have way too many. The worst thing I did was buy 4 gorgeous metallic-looking shiny mugs in silver, gold, blue, and green. I can't put them in the microwave because they make sparks! lol And I've been researching this week for location/settings farther on in my WIP. You can find amazing things if you devote time to researching. Have a great weekend!
      6. I'm in love with mugs. You must post a pic. Have a good weekend.
      7. I have way too many mugs, but never turn down a gift. Happy Weekend, Joyce!
