Celebrate the Small Things

Hosted by Viklit, this is a great weekly chance to talk about the small things worth celebrating in life!

My celebrations over the last couple of weeks have been:

  • Thanksgiving is this upcoming long weekend, so on Monday the family will be getting together for turkey and pumpkin pie!
  • Finally finished a book I’d been working on for months and months…I enjoyed the story, but I kept getting side-tracked with other books, so it’s a relief to finally have it completed.
  • Got my other books in the mail, and now have a few really promising stories I can delve into…the trouble is deciding which ones to pick-up first!

What are you celebrating this week?

I hate it when it takes me a long time to finish a book, it's always such a relief to finally get it read!
I just finished a book and haven't yet picked one to read next, purely because I have so much choice! I just don't know where to begin.
    Have a great weekend!

I hate it when a book slowly seeps out instead of just bursting fourth. Although it does make it that more exciting when you finally get it done. I also struggled to decide my next read when I have so many great ones to choose from. Hope you have a lovely weekend and enjoy your celebrations.
  4. It's good for you that you can work on multiple books at one time. I truly can't get myself to do that. Maybe if I were a fulltime writer, I'd be able to. Ho hum… the dream. 🙂 Writer’s Mark
